Lalamove revolutionizes the local logistics landscape with innovations such as instant order matching, GPS vehicle tracking, 24/7 services, and drivers rating. Not only does the service help fulfil customers’ business needs, it also makes our cities greener by helping drivers optimize their work which ultimately means we need fewer vehicles on the road.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Head of Marketing in the Hong Kong Local Market. The ideal candidate is able to work in fast-paced, dynamic, and sales-driven environments.

What you will be doing
  • Develop overall marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Brand Awareness: Position Lalamove in a fiercely competitive environment to make the brand locally relevant and loved and increased engagement from customers and drivers
  • Local Campaign Management: Lead the development, management, and execution of local campaigns, working closely with creative and media agencies, internal sales, driver operation team, and HQ to develop trackable, measurable integrated communication projects
  • Public Relations and Media: Lead the development of local events and PR to maximize cross-promotion & brand exposure opportunities
  • Innovation: Lead local extensions of global campaigns, working on special projects (stunts, guerrilla, content, digital innovation) that increase the relevance of Lalamove in Hong Kong
  • Partnership: Build strategic long term partnerships to increase our user base
  • Digital Marketing: Devise digital marketing programs ie. websites management, SEO, social media, content marketing, and e-marketing campaign management
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing tactics for effective lead generation

  • Collaborative mind-set: To work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement and measure all branding efforts & strategies
  • Leadership: To train, manage and motivate the local marketing team to execute marketing strategies
