Who we're looking for

We are seeking for a collaborative and proactive individual to join us as a Business Development Associate (Prop Tech).

What you will be doing
  • Be responsible for target companies mapping and outreach (primarily real estate residential and commercial agencies as well as developers) with the goal of generating a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Gaining interest through social media, referrals, events, networking, cold calling and more
  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, and whether our solution is a fit for their business
  • Help us refine and develop our sales process
  • Take a consultative, empathetic approach to developing trust-based, long-term partnerships with clients
  • Be the go-to-expert of our platform and to be the bridge in sharing client feedback to the Tech and Marketing teams
  • Take ownership in the process of setting up “demonstration” meetings to showcase the potential of our platform to prospective clients and to closing deals/agreements
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Managers to provide continuity once a new client is acquired
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s level degree
  • 1-3 years B2B Sales/BD experience, ideally in a digital/tech or property related industry
  • Demonstration of effective communication and persuasive selling skills in meetings, pitching and proposal writing
  • Strong commercial acumen, demonstrates ability to understand and explore commercial problems/opportunities for our clients
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful track-record managing complex deals from lead generation to close
  • Has a start-up mentality – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude and is interested and excited for a high-growth opportunity
  • Experience in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be plus
  • Fluent in English, and either Cantonese or Mandarin is a must
