Who we're looking for
  • A glocal citizen. Someone who is down the earth and understands the culture from London to Singapore. Knows how to be relevant in today’s fickle times (we blame TikTok)
  • Obsessively curious. Someone who wants to uncover tactics and marketing strategy behind good ads, want to understand how and why things work the way they do.
  • Proactively alert. Someone who is observant of the industry and competitors, can think of innovative ways to stand out and do things differently.
  • Bold. Someone who isn’t afraid to suggest ideas and call team members out so we can all learn and improve.
  • Fluent in English, memes and slangs – Chinese also good to have, though not necessary.
  • Organised with project management skills, good with numbers and statistics. Someone who will deliver results.
  • Remote position considered, preferably someone Hong Kong or London-based.
What you will be doing

This role reports to the Brand Manager. We are a small team that collaborates and fields ideas off each other. You will look after EU and SEA markets primarily as we continue to expand internationally every few months.  

  • Design digital content strategies across all online platforms (email campaigns, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Be a content creator. Design and implement creative and captivating marketing strategies.
  • Produce content and copywriting for marketing materials (e.g. social media and EDMs)
  • Familiar with different eCommerce, CMS tools and analytic systems (e.g. Klaviyo, Shopify, Magento, Google Analytics, Facebook Manager, Google Ads)
  • Understand brand exposure indicators (impressions, reach) and key engagement indicators (CTR, avg session duration, pages per session)
  • Manage spending and performance of each marketing channel, optimise spending allocation. Drive sustainable CPA and revenue.
  • Analyse and produce regular reports on all online marketing activities with action plans to initiate and follow-up. Be proactive, not reactive.
  • Know how to use data to drive revenue, traffic and engagement that translates to sales.
  • Develop acquisition mechanics and develop different brand acquisition initiatives.
  • Optimize website content to drive SOV/ranking in organic search.
  • Support other marketing initiatives with press and media, events etc.
