The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for supporting Harmonic VOS platform. VOS is
Harmonic's next generation video delivery infrastructure operating in the clouds (AWS, GCP,
Azure.etc) and on-premise environments.
In this role, you will work with a team of geographically diverse engineers to strive for high
degrees of availability, performance, and capacity of VOS systems once deployed in the field.
The team has the responsibility to monitor, investigate and improve customer systems in the field
to keep them running and healthy.
