Happyer is a leading HRTech startup that is transforming the way companies build engaging and happier workplaces. We are looking for a talented Customer Success intern to join our team.

What you will be doing:

Being a small team, you will be working directly with the founder and team from day one. Be ready to wear a number of hats, to be involved in all aspects of the business. Below are some of the areas you will be involved in, but not limited to:

Client Success & Operations- ~80%

  • Respond to client queries to update company profiles and job postings
  • Work with our backend system to create company profiles and job postings
  • Liaise with content team to prepare content such as videos, podcasts, blogs for clients
  • Manipulating videos, photos to fit the format

Adhoc   - ~20%

As a startup, we’re small and wear many hats. You’ll occasionally be asked to jump into unique projects to help out.

  • Deep dive into all operations of the business and identify gaps and suggests ways to define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Implementation of approved operational improvements.
  • Assist in projects that help drive the business forward.
  • Supporting the team with adhoc projects such as video shoots, logistics and content collection (don’t worry, we won’t ask you to get us coffee or anything like that).
