Guidepoint’s Business Development teams are passionate about expanding our reach with both new and existing clients. We support all of Guidepoint’s service offerings, helping to build relationships and communicate how Guidepoint helps clients stay informed and make better business decisions. Our teams are motivated to provide custom offerings designed to help every potential client make the most of their partnership with Guidepoint.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will help drive sales growth by developing and analyzing forecasting and productivity data. Come work with us to drive growth of Guidepoint’s growing reach across a diverse group of the world’s leading companies.

What you will be doing
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Client Growth teams to generate, maintain, and analyze key sales productivity, forecasting metrics, and additional reports on the sales process
  • Develop comprehensive pipeline reporting from CRM system (salesforce.com) and collaborate with IT to build enhanced sales functionality
  • Analyse market intelligence, client usage trends and sales feedback to identify best opportunities and address competitive threats
  • Ensure CRM system compliance and facilitate system training among the sales team
  • Help support infrastructure planning by collaborating with business development, client growth and operations/servicing teams
  • Support full cycle and cross-functional contract process
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of successful sales operations administration experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in sales support, data analytics, trend/ forecast analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in use of Salesforce.com
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across departments
