Who we're looking for

We are looking for an energetic Logistics Solutions Manager to join our team based in Hong Kong.

What you will be delivering

Assist General Manager to achieve company sales and profit targets
Prepare business proposals & reports and update sales kits
Provide corporate account servicing to company corporate accounts
Assist tender submission, RFQ, RFI & RFP response
SOP writing and KPI set for SME & Corporate client
Explore new marketing collaboration and new business opportunities
Perform existing corporate client retention and increase existing corporate customer growth
Responsible for project’s P&L, provide regular performance reports and analytical reports to clients and management team
Monitor logistics process, ensure timely and accuracy of orders fulfillment to achieve KPIs of the Logistics Service Include , Delivery, Warehouse & Vehicle Rental Service
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day to day operation
Handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned Requirements

Who you are

Degree holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years’ of experience in parcel delivery, road transportation & warehouse operations; experience in 3PL industry /e-commerce fulfillment / subcontractor management is an advantage
Able to make sound judgments and decisions, can work in a fast-paced environment and handle complicated issues with flexibility
Demonstrate strong leaderships with self-motivated, problem solving abilities and a “hands on” mentality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
