What you will be doing

Responsibilities:

Advise in fundraising, M&A, and other transactions, including reviewing relevant documentation and liaising with key stakeholders
Advise senior management and regional business teams on specific legal and compliance risk issues related to GOGOX’s operations, new product offerings, and business initiatives
Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts and other legal documentation
Oversee internal corporate governance and company secretarial matters
Managing and collaborating closely with board members, shareholders, JV partners, potential investors, external counsels, and other professional service providers

Who you are

Common law jurisdiction qualified
4-8 years of post-qualification experience gained at law firms and/or in-house
Transactional and in-house experience is preferred
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is a must
Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal analytical skills, as well as high attention to detail
Be entrepreneurial and provide quick, concise, and pragmatic legal advice and solutions
