We’re looking for people (or bears, as we like to call them) who are charged up by this mission. Obviously we want our bears to be smart and hard-working but, more importantly, we want bears who love solving problems, working in close-knit teams and coming up with crazy ideas.

What you will be doing in this role:

To succeed in the role, you will need to be self-driven, well-organized, commercially savvy, inspiring communicator, flexible and results driven, ideally with B2B working experience in the FinTech/Market place, banking, insurance industry, and broker.

  • Involve in campaign production and performance management
  • Coordinate between business development, creative, content and performance marketing team for marketing projects/activities
  • Part-take in strategy planning with Marketing Director in developing and implementing all round marketing strategies in promoting company, businesses and campaigns
  • Pitch and close marketing proposal to Business Partners together with business development team
  • Assist in branding, PR activation programs and handle ad-hoc assignments whenever required
  • Formulate and implement marketing plan to achieve monthly and annual target
  • Responsible for media, advertising and promotion (both traditional and digital platform), strategy plus complete execution
About you:
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • You have at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an online Digital industry
  • You bring in exceptional and deep experience in digital marketing for both executional as well as strategic experience
  • You have some fabulous and reliable connections with local media
  • You have par excellence interpersonal and communication skills
  • It’ll be an icing on the cake if you come from ad agency background and have HTML coding experience
  • You have fabulous command over the English language (written and oral)
