Who we're looking for

gini is looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to develop marketing plans that include SEO, SEM and online advertising campaigns to help us launch and grow a new product.

Reporting directly to the CMO, this person will create, maintain and report on sustainable digital strategies that build awareness and drive customer acquisitions, engagement and revenue. The right person for this position is a creative, driven, analytical marketer, fluent in current digital marketing strategies, tactics and tools with a track record of driving business results.

What you will be doing in this role
  • Working closely with the marketing and product teams to develop, execute and optimise
    digital customer acquisition strategies
  • Defining, executing, analysing, and optimising A/B and multivariate tests for digital
    marketing initiatives
  • Helping define and execute strategies for customer acquisition, conversion tracking,
    conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and media mix optimisations
  • Validating core KPIs, such as cost per metrics, ROAS and LTV to drive business growth
  • Conceptualising and delivering a multi-channel growth strategy based on consumer
    needs, using appropriate marketing methods: SEO SEM, DSPs, social paid and
    community/influencer development, word of mouth, mobile native and web,
    programmatic display, etc
  • Contributing to vetting and building out the marketing tech stack
  • Maintaining an agile and iterative approach to your work, and being relentless in your
    search for the next unexploited growth opportunity
  • Seeing yourself as a digital marketing thought-leader ensuring world-class results
Who you are

What qualifications you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a marketing-related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in driving digital marketing plans for new products
  • Previous marketing or user acquisition and growth experience
  • Expert in Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • A strong working competency in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms is preferred
  • A good understanding of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audience data
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively: analyse, synthesise, recommend and take action on your ideas
  • A proven track record of personal success and ambitious undertakings
  • Proficient in marketing operations and campaign reporting through all stages of the sales funnel from response to lead to pipeline and closed/won business
  • An entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company
  • Great communication skills

Bonus points if:

  • Currently enrolled in a postgraduate degree programme, and can produce an academic transcript; or
  • Graduated from a postgraduate degree programme less than 24-months ago and can produce an academic certificate
  • Permanent Hong Kong resident
