About Us

FUSANG builds financial infrastructure for Asian institutional investors so that they can access the digital asset economy in a way that is secure, compliant, and convenient. We are focused on two main areas: FUSANG Exchange, which is Asia's first fully-licensed securities exchange focusing on the public listing and trading of digital assets and securities; and FUSANG Vault, our custodian and digital asset servicing platform.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Business Development Administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our Business Development Team. This role reports to the Head of Partnerships who is based in Hong Kong.

They will demonstrate a high degree of effective organisational, administrative and IT skills with the ability to balance a wide variety of priorities. A strong attention to detail and the ability to show initiative and autonomy will be required together with an ability to work under pressure in a variety of situations.

What you will be doing
  • Remotely assist with administrative functions and provide ad hoc support to the business development team based in Hong Kong
  • Help with organizational matters including updating CRM and data management
  • Build a contact list from sources provided by the business development team
  • In-charge of routine data entry tasks
Who you are

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Open to fresh grads or someone with 1-2 years of experience
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Proficient particularly in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.)
  • Attention to detail required to deliver consistently high standards of work.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, and time management.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Team player comfortable with fluid working groups.
  • Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as required.
  • This role is perfect for some who doesn’t mind performing routine tasks
Note:

Although direct relevant experience and skills in finance/ blockchain/ cryptocurrency is advantageous, we highly value abilities, passion, teamwork and relentless desire for continuous self-learning and meeting the clients’ needs.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
