We are looking for an Analytics Manager to join our Consultancy Team at ForwardPMX.

What you will be doing

The role of Advanced Analytics Lead will enable clients to in-house their ad tech stack and take ownership of their data as well as providing custom solutions and processes, enhanced use of data for automation for analysis and media activation.

You will be responsible for a variety of projects; managing the Advanced Analytics output, liaising with the client, ad tech providers and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

For the successful candidate there is a great opportunity to learn how data is managed at scale in the ad tech ecosystem, develop a broad overview of the MarTech landscape and interact with clients at senior level on a consultative basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope, define and manage the execution and delivery of advanced analytics projects.
  • Understand core business needs, summarise into requirements and create clear specifications for developing the relevant analytics framework.
  • Work directly with Developers, Structured Data, Data Science, Client Services and Channel teams to define the prioritisation of projects and reach the client's strategic business goals.
  • Flag issues, challenges and delays on projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Who you are

Requirements:

  • 5+ year’s experience working in Ad Tech / Ad Ops / Analytics role.
  • Solid project management and organisational skills.
  • GMP experience is a must – GTM, GA360, CM. SA360 and DV360 also required but with less focus
  • Ability to create audiences from GMP platforms mentioned above
  • Ability to successfully run audits of GMP platforms and implement changes to drive a platform for growth for clients
  • Experience in building data dashboards in GDS, Tableau and/or Datorama (or other alternatives)
  • Basic understanding/ability to implement floodlights
  • Ability to handle complex projects, mapping requirements from multiple stakeholders and pulling together into a comprehensive plan.
  • Some client facing experience.
  • Able to tell a cohesive story of the need for a client to invest in Advanced Analytics
  • Understanding of how data is linked, transformed and used within digital media reporting and activation.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a good attention to detail.
  • Independent problem solver.
  • Excel proficient.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have:

  • Experience auditing and/or implementing a DMP, CDP or other data platform, particularly Tealium and Salesforce
  • Experience consulting clients directly.
  • Experience with dynamic creatives and decision trees.
  • Understanding of programmatic bidding and some hands-on bid management tools: SA360, DV360, TTD, etc.
  • Some HTML and JavaScript knowledge and basic knowledge of SQL or a similar language is a plus.
  • Base understanding of ad verification tools and data (e.g IAS, vCE, DV, AdLoox).
  • Good understanding of data within the digital media realm (CDP, DMP, Ad Verification, Ad Server, DT, CRM, Etc).
  • Tag collection/management: (e.g Tag Manager 360, Tealium, Signal).
