We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Associate Warehouse Manager to join our fun, professional and dedicated pandamart Department based here in Hong Kong. Our pandamart team strives to change the Hong Kong consumers groceries purchase behaviour from traditional retail / standard e-commerce to no-queue, 15 mins delivery, 24x7 always available. What you will be doing

Inventory planning based on individual store’s sales trend, promotion schedule and seasonal demand.
Contribute to the demand management cycle ensuring high on-shelf availability and low shrinkage (wastage)
Seek continuous improvements on inventory performance and work process to enhance efficiency
Challenge the markets on their excess inventory & obsolescence, inventory holding strategies and turnover periods to reduce holding/carrying cost
Manage demand compilation process owning the short-term and the long-term forecast
Prepare monthly reports regarding accurate demand forecast, stock holding and performance for management review
Perform root-cause analysis to improve the key service metrics, reduce forecast errors, improve supplier performance and share output with appropriate stakeholders
Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures to ensure department compliance with regulations by performing periodic safety & health risk assessment.
Responsible for steering the warehouse operations to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Perform any related ad hoc administrative duties.

Who you are

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant.
5+ years' relevant inventory planning and management experience, preferably in FMCG, retail or relevant industry.
Candidates with central warehouse management will be an advantage.
Independent, attention to details, self-motivated with strong analytical skills
Demonstrated experience in using analytical tools to drive optimisation initiatives is a strong advantage
In depth knowledge of industry’s local legislation, operations and first principles (e.g. supply chain, customer service, JIT, Six Sigma etc.).
Working knowledge of performance/operation metrics and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems.
Great communication skills in English and Chinese
