Who we're looking for

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Strategic Account Manager - pandamart to join our fun, professional and dedicated pandamart Department based here in Hong Kong. Our pandamart team strives to change the Hong Kong consumers groceries purchase behaviour from traditional retail / standard e-commerce to no-queue, 15 mins delivery, 24x7 always available. What you will be doing
  • Responsible for key account relationships with major FMCG suppliers of pandamart to ensure strong product margins, consistent supply chain and marketing support
  • Responsible for developing non-margin revenue (NMR) product features in collaboration with regional and local stakeholders (tech and marketing)
  • Negotiating with both major accounts and various internal parties for better deals and relevant follow-up work
  • Drive and achieve non-margin revenue targets with key suppliers
Who you are
  • Bachelor degree holder in any discipline with at least 4 years of experience in a sales and account management role
  • Previous background in FMCG with strong understanding of commercial elements in FMCG modern trade / eCommerce is highly preferred
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to sell to senior management / board level
  • Results driven personality with the ability to work across internal teams/stakeholders as an individual contributor yet deliver outstanding results
  • Strong, clear and effective communicator in English and Cantonese
