Who we're looking for

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Operations Project Executive to join our fun, professional and dedicated Shops Department based here in Hong Kong. Our Shops Department oversees the end-to-end grocery and retail partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management. What you will be doing

Plan and manage cross-department operations projects, including timeline drafting, resources allocation and liaison with stakeholders.
Research and engage external parties for partnership promotional campaigns & strategic marketing projects.
Involved in operational risk management and abnormal incident investigation.
Research on consumer behaviour including product trends & promotional campaign performance.
Develop sales strategies in accordance with the market needs.
Perform regular investigations on customer conversion rates with a data-centric approach.
Work closely with internal marketing and commercial teams, as well as regional teams in designing projects based on shared requirements (including but not limited to SKU expansion, product A/B testing)

Who you are

BSc in Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, Business or any related subject.
Project Management experience is a big plus;
Knowledge in BigQuery and Tableau will be an advantage;
Assertive, hands-on, dynamic and with a strong drive and sense of ownership;
Very strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, critical thinking and responsible;
Great at coordinating a group of people towards a common goal;
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint;
Required language(s): Excellent written and spoken English.
