Who we're looking for

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Senior Manager - New Venture to join our pandamerchant team under Venture Development Department based in Hong Kong.

What you will be doing
  • Manage a team of Sales, Account Management and Operations to grow the new B2B venture and to convince restaurants to use the new venture platform and train them on using the platform
  • Be the local market expert: gather clients’ feedback, monitor competitor activity
  • Execute a go-to-market strategy, sales strategy and account management playbook for the growth of the business
  • Drive the sales team to seek and secure new partnership with restaurants and suppliers in Hong Kong
  • Ensure a smooth execution of operations SOP to work seamlessly with other teams in global, regional and local levels
  • Lead the marketing strategy with global and regional team to increase the exposure and awareness of the platform
  • Track adoption of the tool, identify pain points, coordinate CRM messaging with support of business development team
  • Work with the global and regional team to report project progress and escalate any technical or operational problems
Who you are
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a project/commercial manager/commercial lead with team management experience, ideally with a background in business development or high-growth tech startups
  • Bachelor of Business Management and Administration, Economics, Mathematics, and Management or equivalent
  • Experienced in leading negotiations with B2B customers or suppliers
  • Knowledge in food tech and existential network with the F&B industry are plus
  • Commercial mindset and understanding of key growth levers
  • Drive for results, action-oriented, problem solving, strategy and analytical thinking
  • Possess leadership skills to lead and inspire teams to achieve sales targets, account management and operations processes creation
  • Knowledge in the use of Salesforce and Shopify are preferred
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet and PowerPoint/Google Slide skills is a must
  • Be agile and flexible to change
  • Positive and proactive attitude
