We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Project Manager - New Business to join our fun, professional and dedicated Logistics Team based here in Hong Kong. The logistics team is responsible for the management of the walkers and riders team by ensuring an efficient daily operations and constantly exploring new angles to further enhance the logistics setup. What you will be doing in this role
  • Seek and secure new partnership with suppliers in Hong Kong
  • Prepare sales and pitch materials for communicating with potential suppliers
  • Exceeds volume & quality targets while working independently
  • Be result-driven and generate the targeted revenue for the team
  • Ability to conduct cold calls and walk-ins, schedule in-person meetings
  • Manage a portfolio of prospects accounts, and meet or exceed goals for account signing & activation
  • Be the local market expert: gather couriers’ feedback, monitor competitor partnership and deals activity and provide recommendations for improvements to management
  • Identify the pain points of couriers and provide the solutions, escalate the feedback regularly to Local and Regional Team
About you
  • Holding of Driving License is highly preferred
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience. Knowledge in the food delivery and/or the transport industries is a plus
  • Candidate with experience involved in new projects are highly preferred
  • Strong desire to innovate and find new ways to grow the business
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
  • Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
