We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Associate Warehouse Manager to join our fun, professional and dedicated pandamart Department based here in Hong Kong. Our pandamart team strives to change the Hong Kong consumers groceries purchase behaviour from traditional retail / standard e-commerce to no-queue, 15 mins delivery, 24x7 always available. What you will be doing

Working closely with our merchandising team, you will be the key player in managing our pricing competitiveness.. Being the listener of our customers’ needs, our pandamart team aims to bring the customers’ favourite products to the platform while offering attractive product value and promotions.

  • Drive product level pricing elasticity analysis and build pricing framework
  • Work with Business Intelligence team and Demand Planning team to define and develop tools that allow pandamart to easily manage pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to deliver price optimization, manage promotion campaigns for market penetration
  • Create dashboards, monitor performance and effectiveness of the pricing initiatives among competitors
  • Produce pricing and promotion effectiveness reports
  • Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact on pricing decisions
  • Stakeholder management with strong communication skills to explain complex pricing topics to across multiple departments and markets
Who you are
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business, computer science or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, and pricing management
  • Problem-solving skills to deliver quick and efficient solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and solve problems autonomously
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, fast learner of new tools;
  • Hands-on experiences in using BI tools, knowledge of other analytical toolkits - SQL, Python, R will be a plus.
  • Verbal & written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus
