Who we're looking for

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Enterprise Manager for our team in Hong Kong. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have direct impact on an ever-growing business, this might be the place for you! The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing teams, and working closely with management in driving business growth.

The role will be based in Hong Kong, and report to the Head of Enterprise and the Director of Strategic Partnerships.

What you will be doing
  • Represent foodpanda as an ambassador, develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partner restaurants in answering high severity requests or issue escalations when necessary
  • Work with our enterprise accounts to develop their delivery strategy and operations to maximize their earnings from foodpanda
  • Understand the issues and pain points facing our enterprise accounts and researching and executing scalable solutions
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Interact closely with team members from Content, Sales and Marketing for lead generation, content management and vendor service
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner restaurants’ needs and objectives
  • Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues
  • To liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate users’ requirements and coordinate with the service provider to fulfill company’s needs

About you
  • At least 4 years experience in an operational sales or account management role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse and draw inference from data
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partner restaurants’ needs
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
  • Knowledge in Chinese Word Processing is mandatory
  • Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
