Who we're looking for

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Head of Corporate (foodpanda for Business) to join our fun, professional and dedicated Corporate Team based here in Hong Kong. foodpanda's Corporate business aims to make teams happier through shared food experiences. Our platform allows companies to order delicious meals from top-rated local foodpanda vendors, delivering straight to their office hassle-free.

What you will be doing

Provide the strategic vision, planning expertise, operational leadership required to achieve Corporate and Catering business objectives and goals
Lead, build, and develop the team with passion and empathy to achieve sales targets, deliver growth and maintain exceptional corporate relationships and overall customer experience
Define and execute the Corporate business plan and strategic initiatives, implementing KPIs across departments:
Business Development: growing Corporate client base
Account Management: growing and maintaining Corporate accounts
Logistics: ensuring solid delivery experience
Customer Support: ensuring great customer service during live orders
Catering: growing caterer supply base and ways to grow orders
Create, implement, and iterate scalable processes, prioritize initiatives, to drive continued growth and efficiency. This includes sourcing, prioritizing, and evaluating new opportunity areas, partnerships, initiatives, revenue channels
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to push forward initiatives successfully across multiple departments. Examples include working with Marketing to create Corporate holiday marketing campaigns, launching Corporate loyalty and referral programs to increase retention and sign new accounts
Work closely with the APAC HQ team to drive regional strategic initiatives in Hong Kong, and work closely with local foodpanda management team to ensure the success of these local initiatives

Who you are

Experience in building and leading high-performing entrepreneurial teams
Highly motivated self-starter
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities, and be able to articulate clearly when resources and support needed
Operations minded with a drive to improve processes
Ability to be hands on and get hands dirty if necessary to grow
Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
Proven ability to work cooperatively and proactively with all stakeholders
Excellent business, problem solving, project management and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
