Who we're looking for

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Content Quality Executive to join our fun, professional and dedicated Commercial Department based here in Hong Kong. Our Commercial Department oversees the end-to-end restaurant partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management, as well as new venture developments. What you will be doing

Owns content quality tasks, focusing on vendors’ menus translations (from English to Traditional Chinese, and vice versa) and its’ maintenance
Deploy the translation results to our back-end tools
Proofreading and performing quality check of the translation results
Execute related ad-hoc tasks

Who you are

At least 1 full year of working experience
Comfortable in operating basic functions of Excel (lookup, pivot, IFs), Word, Power Point (and Google Suite's equivalent)
Able to type English and Traditional Chinese at business standard speed
Able to translate from English to Traditional Chinese, and vice versa, with high accuracy
Able to execute assigned tasks and complete it in a timely manner, with high degree of quality and accuracy. Strong attention to details
Able to identify problems quickly and flag to the managers
Respect GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) and Legality matters
Demonstrates professional, positive, resilience and can-do attitude
Resourceful, full of ideas and aim for sustainable and scalable long term solutions
Eager to constantly improve and overcome challenges. Adapt and embrace changes
Clear, concise, structured verbal and written communications. Full understanding in choosing appropriate communication tools and channels
Translation or Language major/minor is a plus
