Who we're looking for

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Associate HRBP Manager to join our fun, professional and dedicated Marketing Department based here in Hong Kong. The Marketing Department drives the growth and marketing strategies at foodpanda HK, with the aim of painting the city pink and bringing foodpanda to be the no. 1 food and grocery delivery platform. What you will be doing
  • Act as a strategic and trusted HR Business Partner to provide HR advice and support to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development (L&D) and Payroll Team to deliver the best services
  • Constantly develop, review and improve HR policies, procedures and practices to match with business needs and strategies, in accordance with stated corporate objectives and legal requirements.
  • Investigate and understand potential employee-relations issues and make recommendations to line managers and Head of People Operations
  • Assist in developing learning and development programs and career progression plans
  • Support and facilitate the performance management process and provide guidance and suggestions to stakeholders
  • Constantly review and manage team resources, including but not limited to headcount and team structure planning and budgeting to ensure the consistency of service levels
  • Assist in improving and maintaining the internal employees’ satisfaction and retention
Who you are
  • Hungry to make a difference
  • A recognised degree in business, marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in marketing / banking / strategic partnerships, with a strong track record of establishing and implementing such partnerships
  • Experience in banking / credit card partnerships and offers is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of the food, lifestyle and e-commerce industry
  • Excellent negotiation & reporting skills
  • Commercial focus, results oriented and an outstanding relationship builder
  • Sociable character and positive attitude towards new challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Cantonese
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
  • Self-motivated, fast-paced, possess the ability to take initiative
  • Flexible to meet the demands of our stakeholders and willing to go the extra mile
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as a part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior HRBP Executive
