Who we're looking for

We are looking for a talented Partner Service Associate to join our team in Hong Kong.

What you will be doing

Provide the best-in-class onboarding and partner experiences in every stage
Assist our restaurants’ partners by answering their enquiries through the hotline and email in professional manner
Online menu entry - Create and amend menu for our restaurants’ partners in an efficient manner
Ensure data accuracy when maintaining restaurants’ records and escalate promptly when needed
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management
Proactively providing feedback/suggestions to team leads to help improve our restaurants’ experience
Work closely with team and team leads to ensure individual requirements and expectations are met
Experience in a high call volume environment

Who you are

Excellent skills in English and Cantonese, proficiency in English and Chinese word-processing
Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
Cheerful personality, good team player and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Working experience in customer service sector is an advantage
