We are looking for a Commercial & Strategy Manager to join our Editions Commercial & Strategy team. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded start-up. You’ll be liaising with Hong Kong’s most highly regarded restaurants, to cultivate existing relationships and help them increase their online sales through expanding through our shared kitchen infrastructure. Furthermore, you will be a part of one of the most exciting chapters of Editions HK history, where we embark upon our most ambitious expansion plan to date. This is an excellent role for a strategic and commercial individual who is passionate about revolutionizing the F&B industry.
The Editions Commercial & Strategy Manager will have a broad scope working across 4 key areas: sales and business development, expansion strategy and execution, driving restaurant performance growth, and project management of key initiatives. More specifically:
