Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Manager - Ecosystem Programme to join our team to join our team at Cyberport!

What you will be doing
  • Identify and explore collaboration with ecosystem partners. Curate programs and activities to align Cyberport public mission and to work closely with ecosystem partners to devise collaboration content for Cyberport community engagement
  • Planning and manage partner events from ideation to execution; in physical, hybrid or virtual formats (exhibitions, conferences, seminars, webinars etc); jointly organized or sponsored by Cyberport with partners. This mainly includes devising the event programs and theme curation, event co-ordination, start-ups participation an manage event partners
  • Provide full support on wide spectrum of event management including but not limited to project scheduling, speaker co-ordination, program deployment, stage management, stage production, manpower management, onsite logistics.  Work closely with internal team for promotion and publicity arrangement
  • To organize and support VIP visit arrangement including setting visit objective, content development, scheduling, manpower allocation, speaker’s invitation, internal/external communication with the respective entity
  • Explore, solicit, and follow up potential collaborations, partnerships and sponsorships opportunities for better event synergy
  • Liaise and work closely with different business units, agencies/vendors, Government or public bodies and industry organisations
  • Manage partner event budget and monitoring
  • To review and update of reports, budgets, schedules, policies and procedures
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Who you are
  • University graduate in marketing, communications, public relations and other business related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in corporate/event management, event production & marketing, corporate communications, marketing communication and / or public relations, preferably gained in sizable/ MNC companies; with minimum of 2 years in the managerial level.
  • All-round experience & proven track record in planning and managing partners events and event management is essential
  • Hands-on experience in physical, hybrid and virtual events ideally from sizable organization/public bodies and preferably from technology sector
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing, etc.
  • Effective communication, well-organised and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on weekends occasionally
  • Meticulous, independent, well-organised, proactive and matureŸ  Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • A fast mover and strategic thinker who possess new normal agility with excellent efficiency and strategic focus
  • A relationship-builder and team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding project management and organising skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines/ schedules; high accountable for results
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional strengths in multi-tasking
  • A self-motivated team player with strong can-do attitude
  • Creative, analytical, well-organised and accountable
  • Mature, proactive, approachable and a good team player
