Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager (L&D focus) to join our team to join our team at Cyberport!

What you will be doing
  • Being a Business Partner to support line functions on full HR cycle with special focus on L&D, Talent management and Employee Engagement.
  • Responsible for on-boarding processes, including orientation programme delivery
  • Plan, develop and implement L&D and employee engagement activities and initiatives that align with the business strategy and culture  
  • Conduct training needs analysis and propose talent development programmes in support of business growth
  • Partner with internal stakeholders for implementation of corporate culture enhancement and staff engagement initiatives
  • Assist Head of HRA to drive special HR strategic projects/initiatives and perform ad-hoc tasks to achieve the organization objectives
Who you are
  • Degree holder in human resources or business disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ HR experience with specialty in L&D, talent development and employee engagement areas, preferably gain in an established or MNC environment
  • Solid experience in developing L&D strategies and implementation of different learning programs
  • Successful track record on revamp / setup of L&D or Talent Management frameworks
  • Excellent business communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint and SharePoint
  • Well versed with employment related ordinance and employment practices in Hong Kong
  • Take initiatives and able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team player, self-driven, able to manage multiple projects and commitment to work to the highest professional standards and thrive in a culture of strong corporate governance
  • Ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
  • Flexible, efficient and passionate with “can-do” spirit who aims for continuous improvement with personal drive for success
