Who we're looking for

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Public Affairs to join our team to join our team at Cyberport!

What you will be doing
  • Support in stakeholder engagement, including logistics, key messages, follow up activites, etc., with the objective to attain safe sail of the FC Funding approval
  • Work with PA Consultant on research work, line-to-take and  papers                                                  
  • Step up residential community liaison
  • Provide pre-establishment and secretariat support to operate the "community liaison group"
Who you are
  • Degree plus recognised relevant professional qualifications in journalism, communications or related discipline
  • At least 5-year experience in managing public affairs and stakeholder engagement, e.g. Legco and District Council members, key opinion leaders, community stakeholders etc. with minimum 6 years relevant working experience in commercial, government, or semi-government bodies
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
  • Pro-active personality with strong leadership qualities and strong problem solving skills
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills with extensive relevant network

  • The position is on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
