Who we're looking for

Crypto.com (HK) is looking for an Executive Assistant - Global Fintech Startup to join the team!

What you will be doing
  • Provide daily administration co-ordination and support
  • Act as the point of contact for internal/external clients through maintaining executives’ appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Organize travel arrangements, business meetings, and team meetings/off-sites in a timely manner (including planning an itinerary, booking flights and accommodation, obtaining visas, handling expense reimbursements etc.)
  • Perform other ad-hoc administration assignments to support the executive team
Who you are
  • High proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must
  • Diploma level or above with at least 2 to 3 years working experience, with experience in providing broad-based secretarial / business administration support would be a plus
  • High proficiency level in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Photoshop skills a plus
  • Discrete individual with ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Detailed-minded and take initiative to manage daily tasks are critical
  • Mature and confident with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work independently and proactively ask questions
  • Experience working in a multinational environment will be highly regarded
  • You are a go-getter and you don’t stop until things get done
  • You are cheerful, energetic and punctual
