Who we're looking for

As a Technical Project Manager at Crypto.com, you will play a key role in facilitating the launch of new products and features by maintaining existing processes and collaborate with team leaders to ensure best practices are followed and inefficiencies in our current product development cycle.

What you will be doing

People management and leadership

Inspires colleagues to work collaboratively to support constant improvement and achieve superior results; leverages diverse communication styles and backgrounds to expand thinking, speed learning and improve effectiveness.

Manage processes and control

Ownership for process and systems improvements, incorporating key control alignment
Implement improvements to the engineering organization and the project management process. Share program/project process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization.

Build cross-functional relationships

Acting as a partner across Product Team and to the other key stakeholders (Business, Tech, Growth, Trading, etc.) in relation to Product Control process matters

Champion changes to existing processes

Support change management design, development, delivery and management of communications
Act as point for senior leaders within Product Control helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor

Drive results

Create plan for consistent global processes, systems and technology and organization structure
Integrate planned change management activities into project plans
Create actionable deliverables and drive the agenda forward
Track and provide regular report updates
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Who you are

2+ years of relevant work experience in project and/or program management in a software applications environment.
Experience working as a software consultant is a plus.
A deep understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
Exposure to Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent verbal and written English, Cantonese is a big plus.
Scrum Master, PMP certifications are preferred.
