Who we're looking for

Crypto.com is seeking a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to develop and execute our affiliate marketing strategies and creative campaigns. You will be responsible for building the affiliate program, developing the strategy and KPI, close prospects, and execute retention initiatives to ensure the business objectives of the affiliate program are met.

Additionally, the Affiliate Manager will contribute to the development and education of the greater team on best practices and technologies. If you are a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude at all times who knows the affiliate world, then you are the person we are looking for.

What you will be doing

Developing affiliate program strategy and defining KPIs
Working closely with product managers, tech team and data strategist to develop the program
Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including social networks, review sites, etc.
Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance
Present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, etc.
Preparing promotional assets for partners such as banners, copies and powerpoints
Organize and coordinate promotional activities for product launches and specials.
Monitoring competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions

Who you are

Minimum of five years of experience in an affiliates role with a solid understanding of the affiliate industry, preferably in the finance / crypto sector.
Demonstrated proficiency with numbers and data, knowledge of tools like Tableau.
Advanced knowledge of social media trends and technology as well as how these can be used to identify and build relationships with best-fit affiliates. Eg, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitch, etc.
Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with affiliates (preferably managing crypto affiliates), e.g., examples of acquiring affiliates, driving business results with affiliates, drafting documentation & agreements;
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The role involves liaising with colleagues, affiliates, and management across territories, so strong written and verbal skills are paramount
Outstanding project management skills
BA/BS Degree in Marketing / Finance or relevant field preferred
