Who we're looking for

CompareAsiaGroup (SG) is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team!

What you will be doing
  • Manage interview arrangements for candidates, including but not limited to scheduling interviews and administering home assignments
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers at the interview stage
  • Maintaining clear communication channels and building positive relationships within the recruitment team, internal business partners and candidates to assist with the seamless recruiting process
  • Execute and support recruitment and onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner
  • Be an active member of the People team; sharing insights on organizational structure, recruitment strategy and work plans
Who you are
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator role with excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or other related major
  • Meticulous, organized with strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize
  • Curious, open-minded with great learning agility
  • Good working knowledge of Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Great communicator, self-starter who is keen to learn
  • Singaporeans preferred
