Who we're looking for

CompareAsiaGroup (SG) is looking for a Head of Marketing, eKos to join the team!

What you will be doing
  • Develop and execute eKos’ holistic brand and marketing strategy including the setting, measurement and achievement of aggressive goals / KPIs aligned with the overall business objectives for the market
  • Develop and  manage social  media campaigns and strategies to build and sustain strong engagement
  • Be the key decision-maker across all user touchpoints, including Content, brand building, PR, Growth,  Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing and Customer Experience, whilst also leading Business Analytics
  • Lead the marketing team including managing overall team communication and engagement, goal setting, coaching, career development planning, scaling/growing the team and recruitment/hiring as needed
  • Be an integral member of eKos’ leadership team - responsible for setting strategic   direction, supporting partner relationships, and leading by example to create a collaborative culture that leverages the strengths of the entire team
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional (Product and Business Development) and HQ (Marketing, Engineering and Product) teams to achieve shared business goals
  • Stay up to date and educate the organisation on marketing best practices
  • Responsible for building a trusted and engaged creator community. You and your team need to understand, nurture and grow our brand and creator community, and ultimately our ecosystem.
  • Utilise social media, email, our website, all direct comms channels to nurture our community, engage with them, keep them interested in our brand and offering, including and where relevant, creating a conversation
  • This includes but is not limited to organic social media strategy & and day-to-day  management and execution, community management, direct comms strategy and execution
  • Grow a pool of brand influencers, super fans, that would help us spread the word about our content, and also help us shape and continuously improve our content.
  • This includes but it’s not limited to focus groups, surveys, NPS, brand tracking, social growth strategy and tactical execution, brand amplification

You will own and support our key channels:

Social Media

  • Organic content: Ideation, planning and scheduling/distribution of social media content, including social media copywriting, for Hyphen products and services. Amplify our PR coverage.
  • Community management: handling any queries through social media, engaging and  activating audiences on our social media and distribution channels
  • Strategy: own social media channel strategy to optimise each channel in its own right, as well as a whole together with other communications channels. Drive community engagement and build brand love.

Events

  • Event production: Support plan and play an active role in producing events
  • Manage Email Marketing and Social Media Communications for digital and (future) in-person Events

Brand

  • Ideate, plan, and deliver brand-focused marketing campaigns through email, paid social and organic social media to build brand love
  • Represent the Hyphen brand with the right tone and personality through our external comms channels

PR

  • Own all PR-related matters and manage our external PR support
  • Manage all PR releases and thought leadership as well as coordinating comment opportunities as they arise
Who you are
  • 10+  years of professional experience in marketing or related functions with increasing levels of management and budget responsibility. Experience with both online and offline marketing channels is a must.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience, including management of large teams
  • Deep knowledge of the Affiliate market, media, and culture
  • Experience in partnership management
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns  across  channels including social  media that educate, motivate and drives engagement
  • Good editorial judgement, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and communication
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM principles
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze marketing data, find insights and provide actionable strategic recommendations
  • Strong customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability in managing customer engagement and loyalty, retention and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the E2E cycle of launching a new business or new products
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills. Comfortable communicating business ideas and strategy to C-level management
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable but not required
