Who we're looking for

You will be joining the local HR team in Singapore and be responsible for executing day to day HR functions for Singapore entities under the CompareAsiaGroup . Your main focus is in supporting HR activities relating to employee’s onboarding and offboarding process, payroll facilitation and staff engagement activities.

You will report directly to the Country HR Manager.

What you will be doing
  • On-boarding and off-boarding processes, including but not limited to contract drafting, access set up and creation, benefits administration and final payment.
  • Administer all types of Government pass applications (ie, Pass application, Renewal, etc.)
  • Overseeing the accurate and timely payroll process of all Singapore employees including monthly payroll, statutory contributions and income tax reporting.
  • Maintain accurate HR data base and up-to-date employee's records for monthly manpower reporting analysis and government reports
  • Ensuring a smooth implementation of performance appraisal process across the company
  • Ensure employee data accuracy in the HR system and Personnel files.
  • Office Management - Work closely with building management to coordinate maintenance, repair and seating plans
  • Support asset management - Maintaining an oversight on software subscriptions, equipment inventories , printer and network accessibility and executing policies relating to it
  • Manage the office stationeries & pantry supply inventory, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Provide support to ad-hoc HR projects.
Who you are
  • A degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in HR Operations/Administration.
  • Meticulous, able to ensure data integrity and manage confidential information.
  • Proactive, hands-on and ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful, able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity on work pass process including Singapore's Labour Law and related legislations is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
