Who we're looking for

CompareAsiaGroup (HK) is looking for a Head of Marketing to join the team!

What you will be doing
  • Develop and execute MoneyHero’s holistic brand and marketing strategy including the setting, measurement and achievement of aggressive goals / KPIs aligned with the overall business objectives for the market
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns and strategies to build and sustain strong engagement
  • Be the key decision maker across all user touch points, including content, brand building, PR, growth, lifecycle marketing, product marketing and customer experience, whilst also leading business analytics
  • Lead the marketing team including managing overall team communication and engagement, goal setting, coaching, career development planning, scaling / growing the team and recruitment / hiring as needed
  • Be an integral member of MoneyHero’s leadership team - responsible for setting strategic direction, supporting partner relationships, and leading by example to create a collaborative culture which leverages the strengths of the entire team
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional (product and business development) and HQ (marketing, engineering and product) teams to achieve shared business goals
  • Stay up to date and educate the organisation on marketing best practice
Who you are
  • 10+ years of professional experience in marketing or related functions with increasing levels of management and budget responsibility. Experience with both online and offline marketing channels is a must.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience, including management of large teams
  • Deep knowledge of the Hong Kong market, media, and culture
  • Experience in partnership management
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels including social media that educate, motivate, and drives engagement
  • Good editorial judgement, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and communication
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM principles
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze marketing data, find insights, and provide actionable strategic recommendations
  • Strong customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability in managing customer engagement and loyalty, retention and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability of managing the E2E cycle of launching new business or new products
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills. Comfortable communicating business ideas and strategy to C-level management
  • Experience in financial services industry is highly desirable but not required
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
