Who we're looking for

CompareAsiaGroup (HK) is looking for a Creative Manager to join the team!

What you will be doing
  • Lead the creative function to produce compelling and on-brand marketing assets that contribute to brand equity and financial impact
  • Co-create the creative concept for multi-channel campaigns with marketing and content team members
  • Collaborate closely with Product Design to ensure alignment on the use of design systems and brand guidelines
  • Provide leadership,coaching and guidance to develop skills and competencies within the creative team that enable continuously innovative design assets
  • Manage capacity and allocation of resources to ensure accurate, on-time and on-budget deliverables
  • Establish workflows and SOPs that improve delivery effectiveness and efficiencies
Who you are
  • Between 3-5 yrs’ relevant experience in art direction, design and team supervision
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating impact from skilful use of graphic design, photography, typography, copywriting and artwork in achieving brand and marketing objectives
  • Working knowledge of HTML is a must.  
  • Good eye for copy
  • Creative thinker who can translate strategic and marketing needs across different media and channels.
  • Able to communicate creative and design concepts to marketing teams and other stakeholders
  • Ability to use data and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools like InDesign, Illustrator, motion graphics, video shooting and editing skills is a plus
  • Must be proficient in Cantonese
  • UX/UI, CSS and web design knowledge are hugely advantageous
  • Previous agency / design studio experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degrees in marketing, advertising, fine arts or an equivalent creative field
