Who we're looking for

This role provides a great opportunity to connect with different global professional firms, leading financial institutions, and large corporates.  You will be joining the Business Development team and become an integral part of the team acting as a bridge between our clients and internal staff. This is a role for a passionate and motivated individual with strong organizational skills to develop his/her career in a leading company within its market sector.

What you will be doing
  • Responsible for developing and implementing sales distribution plans for key accounts;
  • Establish, grow and retain quality customer relationships and portfolios of clients;
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve preset sales objectives;
  • Perform direct sales and account management functions;
  • Interface with clients to understand the business needs and explore service opportunities;
  • Liaise with different internal divisions and associate our solutions and services with clients’ requirements;
  • Prepare and update quotations for clients;
  • Develop and nurture a long-term business relationship with clients and ensure consistent satisfaction;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management.
Who you are
  • University graduate in Communication, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Business Development or Key Account Sales;
  • Experience in a law firm, corporate finance, or due diligence field would be an advantage;
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong leadership, presentation, problem-solving skills, analytical power, and opened mind;
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, planning, and organization skills;
  • Multi-tasking ability and self-motivated;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
  • Immediate availability preferred.
