Who we're looking for

As a Web3 Product Manager, your goal is to drive product initiatives from inception through execution to growth in the Web3 / Metaverse. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, marketers, and carbon-reducing projects on the ground to build an industry-changing platform. Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours

What you will be doing

Perform deep market and user research to drive informed decision on product roadmap
Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner
Interview and interact with customers to build empathy, ensuring that their needs are met
Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made
Work with the business development team to identify business opportunities in Web3 that we are uniquely positioned for
Raise Carbonbase’s profile in the Web3 field, via speaking engagements at industry events and participating in reputable Web3 communities

Who you are

3+ years or above of end-to-end software product management
DeFi/ Fintech/Crypto/NFT development experience is a big plus
Deep understanding on what sets successful Web3 projects apart
Ability to develop and bring in new client relationships
Ability to work autonomously (remotely) as well as an integral part of a highly motivated team creating impact
Ability to work and perform in a fast-paced, agile environment
Demonstrated interest in web3, blockchain and community-driven platforms
Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
