Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Human Resources and Recruitment Director to lead our HR department globally. This position is located in Hong Kong, at Brinc's Global Headquarters and requires proven experience in leading a scaling business from the people perspective. Minimum requirements are proof of helping a company grow from 25-50 employees to 100+ minimum and international recruitment experience.

What you will be doing
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Formulate career development plans
  • Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer
  • Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)
  • Support local office managers, hiring managers, and leadership to successfully hiring top talent
  • Evaluate training and development programs
  • Develop HR policies for all branches, countries, regions
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
  • Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting)
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform managers about changes in regulations
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Who you are
  • Work experience as a HR Manager, VP/Director of HR, Recruitment Managers or similar role
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • In-depth knowledge of all HR and Recruitment functions
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS, etc.)
  • Good understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, etc.)
