What you will be doing

Technical advisory of our existing customers
Support in Rollout-Management as well as in Network and Software Integration
Consulting, training and on-board of new customers
Setup of server appliances and troubleshooting of technical difficulties
Expand the internal and external knowledge database
Provide technical documentation and translation
Creating scripts on customer requirements

Who you are

First consulting experience for a software manufacturer, specialized in software integration
Successfully completed studies in information system management, completed training as IT-System-Kaufmann or similiar
Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python) and creation of functional specifications
Understanding of the customer point of view to build sustainable partnerships
High IT-affinity and good connection to our customers and internal interfaces thanks to a sociable and committed personality
Fluent in English & Mandarin with strong communication skills, any additional language (German, Japanese, Korean) is a plus
You’re a self-starter with a positive problem-solving attitude and a hands-on mentality
Travelling could be required
