Who we're looking for

We are looking for an energetic Finance officer to join our team.

What you will be doing

Assist in preparing Regional and Local, management reports, budget, and forecasts
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and bookkeeping
Assist in month-end closing and general accounts administration
Assist in monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Communicate with customers via phone and email as necessary
Assist in checking and managing invoices, credit card statements and bank transactions
Assist with invoice queries, working with operations for solutions
Assist in process and system implementation
Ability to work as a team to assist in all areas of the department if/when required.

Who you are

Positive and energetic Attitude
At least 2 years of experience in operational financial accounting,
Possess a good understanding of accounting and reporting requirements of HKFRS
Experience with NetSuite or other popular accounting packages highly regarded
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to accurately plan tasks and processes
Excellent analytical, argumentative and problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently
Business fluent communication skills in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
