Who we're looking for

As our Senior Concept Artist, you will be responsible for the development of visual assets for the creation of racing cars, collaborating with different blockchain companies and famous Motosports IPs.

You should be an expert artist with the ability to research and understand the style from different IPs to create artworks fit into their original assets. Besides, you are able to look into details to make your artwork special to each brand, making sure they will not conflict with the provided style guide. In addition, you need to communicate occasionally with overseas teams and outsourcing studios.

You will be a team-player, good at communicating and collaborating; most importantly, you display the confidence and willingness to experiment. Paired with your polished skills, you bring our big ideas to fruition, tweaking along the way till you get the perfect mix. Your creations will help grow the user base of our games and apps and will be seen by millions of people worldwide!

What you will be doing

Create high-quality artwork for art assets and marketing materials, especially vehicles and scenarios.
Create texture for a variety of 3D models such as hard surfaces and characters
Ability to create concept art with different kind of IPs especially motosports and flexible with different art style
Ability to articulate and influence your vision for design and strategy
Work closely with 2D Lead artist and 3D artists to create high quality artwork
Communicate frequently with outsourcing studios and freelancers to give feedbacks
Stay current on trends, entertainment marketing and bring external insight into your work

Who you are

5+ years of experience in design communication
Strong Digital painting skills and Realistic photo retouching/editing skills.
Understanding of perspective, lighting and composition.
A keen eye for attention to detail and adherence to defined brand guidelines
Strong 2D visual development skills in collaboration with 3D assets
Solid experience in typography, layout design, and composition
Experience on 3D texturing and 3D software such as Blender and substance painter
Advanced knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator
Fundamental knowledge of After Effect
Professionalism and composure while working under tight deadlines
Interests in Motosports and Blockchain is a plus
Be Organized and methodical
Ability to deliver quality and creativity within the context of a variety of game genres
