Who we're looking for

We want to continue to build up our Singapore team of talented, young & hungry individuals to help Agorize thrive in Asia! We are looking to hire a new Business Development Manager who will be responsible for growing our client portfolio in Singapore and South East Asia.

What you will be doing in this role
  • You will work hand in hand with the Sales Lead Singapore, the other BDMs, the SDR, and the marketing manager to grow our BtoB client base in Singapore and SEA. Your mission will be to grow and nurture our clients by being the face and outreach of Agorize in Asia. You will report directly to the CEO APAC.
  • 80% Business Development: Prospecting, phoning, lead generation, engage new clients, signing up new contracts, managing relationships with key partners. Agorize Asia’s future growth will rest on your shoulders!
  • 10% Consulting: on open innovation initiatives and SaaS approach
  • 10% Marketing & Events: Development of new sales support materials, finding new market opportunities, organizing creative workshops & events

Who you are
  • Profile: 6 to 10-year enterprise sales experience with a track record of achieving targets in moderately long cycle sales -- 2 to 6 months
  • Experience in SaaS sales is a great plus.
  • Communication: Experience selling to multiple high-level personas (VPs and C-levels). Having a strong network in SG and SEA will be a plus!
  • Deal size: experience closing deal sizes of US$50-400K.
  • Attitude: an entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive, creative, and ambitious go-getter, who can think out of the box. You don't take No for an answer and you are not afraid to run the extra mile.
  • Fluency in English (both written & spoken). Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory
