Who we're looking for

Duration: 4-6 Months

Agorize is the leading platform for online innovation challenges with its HQ in France. We have an amazing 70 people team (Hong Kong, Paris, Montreal, Stuttgart, Singapore, Tokyo) all sharing the same ambition: becoming THE missing link between large corporations and innovators around the world!

As our happiness officer in APAC, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the foundations of our people operations processes to provide insight into how the company performs and develops (in a context of a triple-digit growth), but also help us make Agorize a great place to work! Expect a very hands-on job in a fast-paced company!

What you will be doing
  • Ensuring healthy morale and unique corporate culture through devising employee engagement initiatives (team lunches, motivational activities)
  • Meeting with departmental managers across Asia to discuss people operations concerns
  • Providing HR support such as onboarding, offboarding, talent acquisition, and retention
  • Drafting and implementing large scope HR and people ops visions/strategies across APAC
  • Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
  • Coordinating with Accounting for Monthly Payroll and Ad Hoc Projects
Who you are
  • Fresh Grad in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related degrees
  • Past internship experience is a MUST - ideally in B2B tech companies or start-ups
  • Strong process improvement skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, rapidly changing environment, and to drive complex initiatives
  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Strong ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders in different offices
